Given that Explosion Girl is an Exclusive unit, make sure to acquire it before the conclusion of the Easter Event.
There is a 2% chance of obtaining Explosion Girl from the Golden Easter Basket. You can get Eggs for submitting to the Bunny NPC during the Easter Solstice sub-event, which has a 20% chance of occurring on a map.
Notably, the Easter Solstice does not happen immediately after you enter a particular map in a gamemode. It only happens in a Raid, Calamity, or Invasion map when you retry, restart, or play the next stage.
