Bayley sends an emotional message after WWE SmackDown

The March 3rd edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown saw a women’s tag team match between Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair vs Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. The bout was a back-and-forth contest, but team Charlexa secured a major victory over The Role Model and The Bird Lady, gaining a massive momentum ahead of WrestleMania 42.

After a tag team loss on the blue brand, the former leader of the Damage CTRL stable penned an emotional message on her official X account, thanking all her fans for their support over the years.

“I’m very grateful to all the fans who support me. After all these years..Truly means a lot ❤️Thank you,” she wrote.

While The Role Model and her tag team partner have faced a major setback on the blue brand, they still have a huge opportunity. They are advertised for the multi-women tag team match, where Lash Legend and Nia Jax will defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against the teams of Bayley & Lyra Valkyria, The Bella Twins, and Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas later this month.

The former WWE Women’s Champion talked about being unhappy with the company

Last month, Bayley appeared on Busted Open Radio, where she was asked if she was frustrated with her current booking in the sports entertainment juggernaut.

The Role Model admitted that she is a little bit, and she feels she can do better.

“A little bit? Yeah. Uh, it’s more of like I feel con like I love to constantly evolve and like if I’m in these spots where I feel um I know I could be doing better or I know I could be doing more um I just try to figure out what I can do with what’s in front of me,” she said.

Now, it seems The Role Model’s booking has surely improved as she is heading to The Showcase of the Immortals and is booked in a massive title match.

That said, it will be interesting to see what plans Triple H and his WWE creative team have in store for the former women’s champion in the coming weeks.
