The Judgment Day’s days as a faction might be numbered. Although the group is doing well on the surface, with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez qualifying for the semifinals of the Queen of the Ring Tournament, and Dominik qualifying for the semifinals of the King of the Ring Tournament.
That said, a deeper story may be developing in the background that could ultimately lead to the faction’s implosion. One member who is particularly unhappy lately is Roxanne Perez. The Prodigy was also in the Queen of the Ring Tournament, but was eliminated in the first round.
Thanks for the submission!
Perez was frustrated after the loss, and Liv Morgan’s questionable behaviour only made things worse. The Miracle Kid seems to care about her and Dominik’s success more than the group’s, and her selfishness could ultimately cost her, thanks to The Prodigy.
On this week’s RAW, Roxanne appeared to have moved past her recent setbacks and convinced Morgan that she was rooting for the group. However, The Miracle Kid seemed to have no interest in what Perez had to say and immediately ignored her when Dominik showed up.
Roxanne Perez could become the reason for The Judgment Day’s implosion
Night of Champions could be the perfect stage for Roxanne Perez to put that plan into motion. Both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are now in the semifinals of the Queen of the Ring Tournament. If Perez decides to get involved, she could help both stablemates win their respective matches and advance to the finals.
On paper, that would look like a huge success for The Judgment Day. In reality, it could create a major problem. Morgan has repeatedly shown that her own success is her top priority. If she is forced to face Rodriguez in the tournament final, that attitude could become impossible to hide. The Women’s World Champion may be willing to do whatever it takes to win the crown, even at the expense of her stablemate.
Such a scenario could finally push Rodriguez over the edge. Raquel has stood by Morgan through countless controversies, but a direct betrayal in the Queen of the Ring final might be too much to ignore.
Meanwhile, Perez would not need to get her hands dirty. By helping both women reach the final, she could simply sit back and watch the tension unfold. If Morgan’s selfishness ultimately tears The Judgment Day apart, Roxanne would have succeeded in exposing the cracks that have been forming within the faction for weeks.
After Finn Balor was kicked out of the group, he tried convincing Perez not to trust The Judgment Day. However, The Prodigy ultimately chose to side with her stablemates and betrayed the man who originally brought her into the faction.
However, she may have realized that Balor was right, and that the heel faction’s whole “we’re a family” schtick is just a facade. Therefore, Perez could decide to orchestrate a master plan to destroy the stable from within.
That said, this scenario is only based on speculation, and nothing has been confirmed. It remains to be seen what’s next for The Judgment Day in WWE.
