From the Green Planet spawn area, walk to the left to spot the glowing NPC called Green Planet VIII. Interact with this NPC to take on the Black Bull Secret boss, a level 250 enemy with a 1% chance to drop the Black Bull unit. The power level of this foe is 22,222, which is fairly steep for this stage of the game.

Titan City
Titan City, the fourth World, is home to the Secret boss Jolios (King). You can find him in a faraway corner of the map, found by moving to the right of the spawn location. Continue walking until you spawn a broken wall, where you will find the Titan City VIII NPC. Interact with this NPC to take on Jolios (King) and defeat him to potentially receive the Time Emperor unit at a 2.5% drop rate. The power level of this foe is 31,449.
Gold District
You can find the third Secret boss, Battle Maniac, in the Gold District. This boss spawns in the garden behind the main castle, where you will find the Gold District VIII NPC. Defeat Battle Maniac, the 21,590-power level boss, for a 0.5% chance to receive the unit of the same name.
Magic Kingdom
World 10, Magic Kingdom, features the 23rd Magic Emperor as the Secret boss. From the spawn location, turn around and walk around the house to spot the Magic Kingdom VIII NPC. Interact with this character to take on the 23rd Magic Emperor, a boss with a power level of 22,945. Defeat the enemy, and you have a 2.5% chance of getting the 23rd Magic Emperor unit.
