Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu will collide in a Tribal Combat for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash in Italy. The Samoan Werewolf was the first challenger who stepped up to the OTC after the latter won the world title at WrestleMania 42.
Fatu has made it clear that he wants to provide a better life to his family by winning the title, and he is willing to go to any lengths to achieve his goal. Fatu and Reigns collided at Backlash for the World Heavyweight Championship in a singles match, where the OTC won after using an exposed turnbuckle to put away Fatu.

However, the former United States Champion launched a brutal attack on Reigns after the bout and stood tall to close the show. Fatu single-handedly took out Reigns and The Usos on the following episode of RAW with a running hip attack through the barricade.
This week, The Bloodline got some payback on Fatu. The trio teamed up to take out The Samoan Werewolf. Following the attack, Fatu took the microphone and challenged Roman Reigns to a Tribal Combat, which the OTC accepted.
The match is deeply rooted in the Samoan family’s history, which is why it could be a perfect opportunity for WWE to introduce another Bloodline member. Even though a Tribal Combat is supposed to be contested without any outside interference according to the rules, it hasn’t stopped chaos from unfolding during previous matches.

However, WWE could use it as an opportunity to pull off a swerve. The young star could side with the OTC instead, putting Jacob at a major psychological disadvantage.
At the same time, the company could keep Journey neutral at first and slowly build his role afterward. Either way, his debut during Tribal Combat would make sense.

Lance Anoa’i has appeared in WWE multiple times in the past. While he never received a proper opportunity during his previous run, the ongoing Bloodline storyline could finally give him a meaningful role on television.
Since Lance is part of the Anoa’i family, he would naturally fit into the rivalry between Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu. The 34-year-old could side with either man. He might align himself with Roman Reigns and The Usos in an effort to finally secure his place within The Bloodline. However, WWE could also position him alongside Jacob Fatu.
Lance might feel overlooked by Reigns and The Usos, which is why he may join forces with The Samoan Werewolf.

Thamiko Fatu is another member of the Anoa’i family who could potentially debut during the Tribal Combat Match at Clash in Italy. While he is not as well-known as some other members of the family, he still has direct ties to several major names in the storyline.
Thamiko is Rikishi’s son and the brother of Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Solo Sikoa. Because of that connection alone, it would not be difficult to involve him in the ongoing Bloodline rivalry.
WWE could also position Thamiko as someone who feels overlooked within the family. Jacob Fatu has already spoken about not receiving support during difficult times, so the two stars could naturally connect over similar frustrations.
That would give The Samoan Werewolf another ally against Roman Reigns and The Usos. Instead of the story focusing on just one family member challenging the OTC, WWE could expand it further by introducing more relatives into the conflict.
#1. Zilla Fatu could debut during Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu
Zilla Fatu has been gaining attention on the independent scene over the past few years, and many fans have been waiting to see when he could eventually make his WWE debut. As the son of Umaga, he already has strong ties to the Anoa’i family and the wider Bloodline story.
At the same time, Zilla has also been spotted training alongside Jacob Fatu outside WWE multiple times. Because of that, it would feel natural if he ends up siding with The Samoan Werewolf during the Tribal Combat Match.
Roman Reigns already has The Usos backing him heading into Clash in Italy. Jacob potentially getting support from Zilla would help balance things out a bit more if outside interference becomes part of the match.
There is also the possibility that Zilla shares some of Jacob Fatu’s frustrations about being overlooked within the family. WWE could easily build on that if The Main One eventually becomes part of the storyline.
Moreover, Clash in Italy would be a massive stage for his debut. Instead of introducing him in a random segment, WWE could immediately connect him to one of the company’s biggest ongoing rivalries.
