Tony Khan has been producing some incredible shows with AEW in recent months. The last few pay-per-views and episodes of Dynamite have managed to make a significant impact on the fans. This week, Khan produced a special Collision episode called Fairway to Hell, which sparked a massive buzz due to its golf course atmosphere.

That episode caught the attention of former WWE employee Jonathan Coachman. The latter has worked for WWE for many years as an on-screen commentator and a backstage interviewer. He has an incredible experience in the world of professional wrestling, and he currently gives his insights on recent happenings on podcasts and interviews.

Taking to X, Coachman highlighted his skillset as a professional analyst. On the fact that the recent AEW show took place in a golf course, the former WWE name said that he has worked both in the wrestling industry and in the golf industry. Therefore, he can work as a host for the future AEW shows in such an environment.

“Hey @TonyKhan our lives just continue to interact. I am the ONLY talent that has ever and currently works for both the @PGATOUR and in the wrestling space of course at @BustedOpenRadio and @TheCoachandBro . I keep telling all of you the media and wrestling space is changing. It’s no longer in one box. This is VERY creative to think of having an event here. Now if only there was a a host that does BOTH. 🤔. For you haters I love to mess with you. For you who get it well you get it. See you at the Truist Championship today LIVE on the espn app. Just what we do,” wrote Coachman.

Will Ospreay thanked Tony Khan for helping out with his surgery

Will Ospreay suffered a major neck injury last year that put him on the shelf for several months. He had to undergo surgery to have a successful recovery, and recently, he talked about his struggles dealing with the pain. During the conversation, The Ariel Assassin thanked Tony Khan for helping out in his tough times.

Speaking to Forbes, the former International Champion said that his surgery was more expensive than his house. However, Tony Khan stepped in during his hard time and paid for it all. He gave a shout-out to Khan in the interview, revealing that he had lost his mind when he initially saw the hospital bill.

“I mean, 10 years ago, this was the type of thing that medically disqualified you from wrestling. So the fact that medical science has come so far, man, I’m just grateful and so blessed. And I must give the biggest shoutout to Tony [Khan] for paying for that surgery because the moment I saw that f****** bill — bro, it was more expensive than my f****** house. It was crazy,” said Ospreay. [H/T: Fightful]

In the past, Tony Khan has helped Eddie Kingston as well during his injury time. The AEW President has crafted a generous image in the world of professional wrestling that is well reflected in his interviews and comments.
