Stefon Diggs’ ex-female chef Mila opens up about relationship in sworn testimony 4 months after accusing NFL WR of assault

Stefon Diggs’ former chef, Mila Adams, made new claims while testifying in court on in Norfolk County near Boston. In the assault trial, which took place on Monday, she said she first connected with Diggs on Instagram in December 2022, when he was playing for the Buffalo Bills.

According to her, their relationship was “complicated” and became physical before she ever started working for him.

“We had a relationship that started out as friends,” Mila said. “It began as friendship, became sexual, and we would meet up and hang out.

Later, in February 2025, they talked about work. By July 2025, Adams moved into his home in Dedham to work as his private chef and was paid $2,000 per week.

Diggs has pleaded not guilty in the case. He is facing a felony strangulation charge and a misdemeanor assault and battery charge.

The case is about an incident on Dec. 2, 2025, at his home. Prosecutors said Diggs entered Adams’ room, slapped her and put her in a headlock. Adams told the court she had trouble breathing and thought she might pass out.

She also said the argument started because of unpaid wages she believed she was owed.

At the same time, Diggs is going through changes in his career. After playing one season with the New England Patriots, he was released in March and is now a free agent.
