What to know: The name atop this board remains the same, with Judge in prime position to nab his fourth AL MVP. Judge’s three MVP awards are tied with a host of MLB legends for the third-most all-time, including Yankee icons Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio and Yogi Berra. Through a healthy chunk of the 2026 season, Judge is tied for the MLB lead in home runs (13) and his Yankees are atop the AL East. But there has been a few shifts elsewhere on this oddsboard, notably with Houston’s Yordan Alvarez. He has 12 home runs to his name, as well as 43 hits and 27 RBIs, both second in the American League.

National League MVP

Shohei Ohtani: -370 (bet $10 to win $12.70 total)
Corbin Carroll: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)
Elly De La Cruz: +2200 (bet $10 to win $230 total)
Ronald Acuna Jr.: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Juan Soto: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Matt Olson: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Manny Machado: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
Ketel Marte: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)

What to know: So far this season, Ohtani is batting .246 with six home runs and 13 RBIs. He will look to make more history via the MVP award this season. Two seasons ago, Ohtani became the first player in league history to record 50 home runs and 50 stolen bases. Then last season, he became the first player in league history to hit 50 home runs and record 50 strikeouts. With that, he won back-to-back NL MVP awards for the first time since Albert Pujols did it in 2008 and 2009. He also won the AL MVP in 2023, making him the first player in MLB history to win MVP back-to-back in each league. This year, if Ohtani is to win NL MVP, he will make a dent in Barry Bonds’ record of four straight MVP wins (2001-2004). All four of Ohtani’s MVP wins have been unanimous, with him receiving all 30 first-place votes. He has the second-most MVPs in history, trailing only Bonds’ seven.
