AEW is the second biggest company in the world of professional wrestling. It has a star-studded roster of some of the most incredible talents in the world. Due to such a stacked roster, often some stars are left off the big spotlight. Recently, a 30-year-old star talked about his run in the Jacksonville-based promotion.

The star in the spotlight is Bear Bronson. The 30-year-old was in All Elite Wrestling from 2020 to 2025, where he also worked in the Ring of Honor as well. During his time in the company, he competed against The Acclaimed, Juice Robinson, and The Gunns in prominent matches. However, he failed to make an impact with his presence on the roster and left the company in late 2025

In December 2025, Bronson made his debut in TNA Wrestling and quickly made his way to the TNA World Championship picture with Frankie Kazarian. He has been enjoying the spotlight in TNA since his arrival.

Speaking on Busted Open After Dark, the 30-year-old star said that during his AEW run, he used to feel like an extra on the roster. Bear added that despite his efforts, his presence did not matter much in the company. However, things are completely different in TNA Wrestling. He plays an important role in the company as a talent, which he believes is the perfect justice to his hard work and talent.

“So I could explain the difference between the two (TNA & AEW) and I’m not throwing any shade here but when I was with AEW, in all of five years, from start to finish, I felt like a signed extra, if that makes sense. Where you’re just kind of there… Whether you’re there or not, it doesn’t really make a big difference, and on the complete other end of the spectrum is with TNA, I actually feel like an important part of the piece moving forward,” said Bronson. Former AEW star Bear Bronson talked about his first week in TNA Wrestling

Bear Bronson had an impactful debut in TNA Wrestling at the end of last year. The former AEW star has been one of the top stars of the promotion since then. Recently, he talked about his first week in the company following a decent run with AEW.

Speaking on the Busted Open After Dark, Bear said that there is passion backstage in the TNA Wrestling. He added that there is an energy that drives everyone to give their best for the promotion’s success. The former AEW star went on to say that in his first week, he was welcomed with open arms and felt warm and motivated to work for the company.

“We found a new home, where we are like, ‘We can really sink our teeth, and give all of our talents and give everything we have to push a company forward…’ I feel like even in my first weekend with TNA, I felt welcomed immediately by the entire roster, all these people I don’t know. The team, the entire team I just met, I felt welcomed immediately, and I feel like now — even looking at just when we were in Syracuse, I had this feeling that the entire roster’s firing on all cylinders, because we all want this to succeed,” said Bear.
