AJ Styles received a heartfelt tribute from veteran wrestler and TNA Superstar Frankie Kazarian, after being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
The Phenomenal One made a name for himself in the professional wrestling business, courtesy of his work with TNA. He is a two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion and a six-time TNA X-Division Champion.
Thanks for the submission!
Styles was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year and headlined the event. Kazarian, who is a good friend of the former WWE Champion, shared a heartfelt message for him on social media and congratulated him for closing out on an amazing career.
“My friend. My brother. The greatest. What an amazing career. It was my absolute and sincere pleasure to be on so much of this journey with @AJStylesOrg Every late night. Every car ride. Every match. Everything. I love you.” wrote Kazarian.

Gunther talked about retiring Goldberg, John Cena, and AJ Styles
Gunther has retired three massive names over the past year, including AJ Styles. The run started with his successful defense of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship over Goldberg before he made John Cena tap out in his final match in December 2025. At the 2026 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, Gunther defeated Styles in a match where The Phenomenal One put his career on the line.
Speaking with WWE Retrospective, Gunther stated that AJ Styles is somewhat similar to him in terms of career trajectory. The Ring General said:
“AJ is kind of different, where it’s like, you had Goldberg and John Cena. There was the WCW legend Goldberg, and then you have the guy that [sic] stands for WWE, and then you have AJ, who’s somewhat a little more similar to me when it comes to his career. He had a great run here, but a lot of the stuff that people love him for happened before WWE. He’s one of those guys, what I talked about before.”
AJ Styles closed out an illustrious career, having won multiple World Championships across several promotions.
