Gunther and Seth Rollins will collide at WrestleMania 42. The Ring General made a false claim regarding his opponent after their confrontation on this week’s Monday Night RAW.
Rollins was recently cleared to make his return to in-ring action. Adam Pearce informed Paul Heyman about the same. Within moments, The Oracle was ambushed by Rollins, who was blindsided by Gunther, who emerged as The Visionary’s WrestleMania opponent.
Thanks for the submission!
This week, Rollins took to the mic to address Gunther’s attack before once again being blindsided by The Ring General. However, things turned out to be different, as Rollins stood his ground before security separated the two superstars. On Instagram, Gunther shared a photo of himself blindsiding Rollins. He falsely claimed that the photo was taken moments before he applied the sleeper on Rollins, which wasn’t the case.
“Moments before š¤š¤š¤” wrote Gunther.

Seth Rollins claimed that he is closer to the end of his career
Seth Rollins has admitted that he is closer to the end of his career as a professional wrestler. Rollins will step into the ring with the “Career Killer” at WrestleMania 42, but won’t put his career on the line.
Speaking with the Boston Herald, the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion claimed he still has a lot to offer and is excited to march forward heading into WrestleMania 42.
āIām closer to the end of my career than the beginning, but I still feel like I have a lot to give. Iām excited to be able to do that as we march forward to WrestleMania,”
Seth Rollins suffered an injury at Crown Jewel 2025 when he defeated Cody Rhodes. Following his win over The American Nightmare, Rollins was kicked out of The Vision, courtesy of Bron Breakker, who snapped and speared Rollins. Bronson Reed aligned with Breakker, and so did Paul Heyman.
This marked the beginning of Rollins’ rivalry with Heyman and The Vision. Unfortunately for the faction, Breakker and Reed have been injured heading into WrestleMania 42.
