Last week on WWE SmackDown, Jacob Fatu interfered in the Undisputed Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes. The Samoan Werewolf snatched the steel chair from McIntyre, allowing Rhodes to gain the advantage and eventually go on to win the bout.

After weeks of being robbed of opportunities by the Scottish Warrior, Fatu finally retaliated and caused McIntyre to lose his title ahead of WrestleMania 42. He is expected to appear on the blue-branded show this week as well, but it isn’t clear what exactly he will be doing.

With that in mind, here are four things that Jacob Fatu could do tonight on SmackDown.

4. He could cut a promo explaining his actions

After the referee was taken out last week, Jacob Fatu thwarted McIntyre’s plans of using a steel chair to his advantage against Cody Rhodes. Tonight, he could come out to the ring and get on the mic, explaining why he interfered.

He could remind the fans that the Scottish Warrior cheated him out of a spot in the Elimination Chamber two times. As a result, the best way to exact revenge for him was to ensure that his rival also lost something important.

3. Jacob Fatu could have a backstage brawl with Drew McIntyre

The Samoan Werewolf could be attacked backstage once again, only this time, by Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior will surely be irate if he appears on SmackDown tonight. He could immediately start pointing fingers, and the first one to blame could be the former United States Champion.

McIntyre could attack Jacob Fatu backstage and leave him incapacitated as revenge for not allowing him to use the steel chair to his advantage last week.

2. He could demand a match against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42

With the Scottish Warrior losing his Undisputed WWE Championship back to Cody Rhodes last week, it seems likely that McIntyre will be working with Jacob Fatu at WrestleMania 42. Instead of having him appear this week on the blue-branded show, he could take the week off.

Instead, Fatu could approach General Manager Nick Aldis and ask him to make good on his promise of giving him a match against McIntyre. Aldis could oblige, especially after the events of last week, and could make a singles match between them official for the upcoming premium live event in Las Vegas.

1. Sami Zayn could be revealed as Fatu’s attacker from October

Despite being back on television for over two months, fans still don’t know who attacked Jacob Fatu backstage in October. Tonight’s episode of SmackDown could finally reveal that Sami Zayn was the one who took out the Samoan Werewolf.

The company has been teasing a heel turn for the former Bloodline member for weeks, as he struggles to contain his frustration. Tonight could mark the first step in that direction, as Zayn could admit that he was the one who took out Fatu. This could lead to the two brawling around the ring, leading to a new storyline developing ahead of WrestleMania 42.
