The second phase of the Genshin Impact Luna V update will begin on March 17, 2026, and it will feature Skirk’s first rerun banner. She is a Cryo character and one of the best damage dealers in the game. The developers have also revealed Skirk’s banner schedule, along with all the characters and weapons that will be available on her Event Wish.

Skirk’s first rerun banner will be released on March 17, 2026. However, the exact release timings will vary based on the servers, as she’ll arrive first on the Asian server and last on the American server.

Here is the list of all the time zones followed for each in-game server:

  • Asia: UTC+8
  • Europe: UTC+1
  • America: UTC-5

Asia

Skirk’s banner will be available on the Asian server on March 17, 2026, at 6 pm (UTC+8).

Europe

Skirk’s banner will be released on the European server on March 17, 2026, at 6 pm (UTC+1).

Skirk’s banner will arrive last on the American server on March 17, 2026, at 6 pm (UTC-5).

Listed below are all the 4-star characters who will be featured on Skirk’s banner in the second half of version Luna V:

  • Dahlia (Hydro)
  • Candace (Hydro)
  • Charlotte (Cryo)

Dahlia and Candace are not that great, but Charlotte can be a really good F2P choice for a healer support and an off-field damage dealer in Skirk’s team if you don’t have Escoffier.

Below is a list of all the items that will get a drop rate boost on the weapon banner:

  • Azurelight (5-star Sword)
  • Symphonist of Scents (5-star Polearm)
  • The Flute (4-star Sword)
  • The Bell (4-star Claymore)
  • Favonius Lance (4-star Polearm)
  • Favonius Codex (4-star Catalyst)
  • Rust (4-star Bow)

Azurelight and Symphonist of Scents are Skirk’s and Escoffier’s signature weapons, respectively. Both are solid weapons, providing a lot of Crit stats and ATK boosts.

The 4-star weapon lineup is also pretty good, especially Favonius Lance and Favonius Codex, which are some of the best 4-star weapons in the game.
