Japanese kickboxing sensation Hyu Iwata has studied his upcoming opponent, Thailand’s Suablack Tor Pran49, and discovered some glaring holes in his adversary’s game.

The two lock horns at ONE Fight Night 41: Sinsamut vs. Jarvis on Prime Video, which goes down on Friday, March 13 at the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Hyu shared what he thinks of Suablack’s fighting style, and how he plans on approaching the Thai star.

Hyu told the world’s largest martial arts organization:

“In terms of single attacks, for punches, I think his left straight is pretty much all he has. He’s also back-weighted. That’s something that will have a significant impact on my strategy for this fight.”

Needless to say, Hyu is confident he has the tools and the game plan necessary to achieve victory at ONE Fight Night 41 on Prime Video this weekend, and fans won’t have to wait long to see what’s in store.

The Japanese star told ONE Championship:

“I think I’ll be in a dominant position within the first minute. I’ve been building my approach that way in training, and my form is good. I’m fully planning to go for the finish in the first round.”
