Max Holloway recently shared his reaction to Josh Hokit getting booted out of the UFC White House presser after nearly getting into a brawl with a reigning champion.

After an incredible performance against Curtis Blaydes at UFC 327 last month, Hokit is set to face Derrick Lewis on the UFC Freedom 250 card next month. The event will be headlined by an Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje lightweight title fight, with Alex Pereira going up against Ciryl Gane in an interim heavyweight title clash.

Ahead of the White House event, Hokit appears to have ignited a feud with Topuria and Pereira. At the pre-fight press conference, Hokit targeted Pereira and hurled some grave insults at him in a typical WWE-esque, rhyme-schemed monologue to try and get under his skin.

This irked Topuria, who stood up and intercepted Hokit’s verbal shots. With Dana White and security personnel between them, Topuria and Hokit went back-and-forth before the heavyweight prospect was dragged off the stage. While Hokit’s antics were generally perceived as childish and in poor taste, some lauded his efforts to sell himself.

During a recent live stream, Holloway shared his thoughts on Hokit’s antics at the UFC White House presser. The former featherweight and BMF champion said:

“I saw the clip. F**king crazy. Somebody has to tell that guy. That guy’s f*cking act is getting out of control, dog. It’s good that he [Topuria] did that. It’s good Ilia did that.”

Elsewhere on the UFC White House card, Sean O’Malley will be going up against Aiemann Zahabi, and Michael Chandler will face Mauricio Ruffy. Bo Nickal will also make his return to the cage against Kyle Daukaus, while Diego Lopes fights Steve Garcia.
