MJF is currently chasing the AEW World Championship in All Elite Wrestling. The Salt of the Earth is focused and prepared to take down Darby Allin as soon as he can. But amid his quest for the world title, Maxwell Jacob Friedman dropped a massive bombshell on the status of a popular female star in AEW.

Max seemingly confirmed that Britt Baker DMD is not coming back to All Elite Wrestling. The former AEW Women’s World Champion has been absent from the programming since November 2024. There were rumors that she was involved in a heated backstage altercation with MJF. Since then, there has been no update on DMD’s return in All Elite Wrestling. Now, Maxwell’s recent X post gave an idea of Baker’s status.

A fan on X expressed boredom with the current product in professional wrestling. In her comment section, MJF tried to cheer up the fan by asking him to tune into AEW’s women’s division. He highlighted stars like Kris Statlander, Megan Bayne, Thekla, and Hikaru Shida as some top contenders.

Meanwhile, he also shouted out to stars like Mercedes Mone, Toni Storm, and Penelope Ford, saying they are on their way to return to the programming. However, he did not mention DMD anywhere on the list, indicating that perhaps she has no plans to come back to All Elite Wrestling.

“@AEW Kris stat. Willow. Persephone. Megan bayne. Athena. Windsor. Jaime Hayter. Shafir. Maya world. Mina. Queen aminata. Skye blue. Thekla. Zayda steel. Red velvet. Hyan. Shida. Harley. Ana Jay. To name a few. Girls that will come back. Mercedes mone. Toni storm. Diamanté. Penelope ford. No big deal,” wrote Max.

Kevin Knight takes a shot at MJF following Dynamite

Kevin Knight defended his TNT Championship against MJF on Dynamite this week. He gave an amazing performance and managed to beat The Salt of the Earth to retain his championship. Following Dynamite, Friedman went to CAP Monumental Moment to face Max Caster. During the entrance of that match, the former AEW World Champion did a rap promo on Caster.

Taking to X, Knight shared his reaction to MJF’s antics. He called it hilarious to see that, with one loss, Friedman decided to become a rapper. It was a sharp jab by The Jet, showing his confidence after his win over the former AEW World Champion.

“Big Brew lost to The Jet and turned into a mid rapper overnight. Hate to see it,” wrote Knight.

With that said, it will be interesting to see how things will unfold between Maxwell and Kevin Knight from here on out. Fans enjoyed their two-week feud in AEW, and Tony Khan could extend this rivalry up until Double or Nothing 2026.
